Through observing our bodily responses to the onslaught of crisis news, this exercise invites us to identify our emotions as we navigate the current pandemic situation. 

Pick a current news article in video form. 

Observe your gestural responses (opening mouth, eye-rolling, nervous twitching etc..) that arise within you voluntarily or involuntarily as you watch or listen to the news.
