What is the weight of caregiving? Can we learn to share it?

Alecia will discuss the process of developing Between Earth and Sky, her collaborative project with primary caregivers who care for family members with mental health conditions, and how this project has influenced her current long-term project, Care Index. Conceived during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Care Index explores the creative and restorative potentials that emerge from communicating personal gestures of care, performed by ourselves and others.
